					<description><![CDATA[Techno epoxy adhesive system #98/99 has been formulated especially for bonding steel leveling plates to concrete. The resin #98 should be thoroughly mixed in equal volume with its hardener, #99 just prior to use. The unmixed resin and hardener has a shelf life in excess of one year. In gallon quantities, the mixed adhesive has a working life of one to two hours. A thin film will cure overnight and gain strength with time, developing a final strength of about 3000 psi, far in excess of the concrete. This material mixes and applies well. From our tests, adhesion is good with a minimum of floor preparation. If the concrete is in good condition, not contaminated with grease or oil and does not have a sealer or surface coating, dirt and dust removal is all that is required. If there is a sealer or surface coating, this should be removed through grinding. Heavy deposits of oil or grease should be removed using detergents or solvents. If solvent is used, allow adequate time for the solvent to evaporate before applying the epoxy for bonding. The plates can be cleaned through sand blasting or the use of solvents for the removal of contaminants. Normally the epoxy is applied to the clean floor, the plate applied, and then the weight of the machine is lowered into position so the excess adhesive is squeezed out. Should you wish to remove the bond, the usual method is to heat the metal and the bond with a torch to destroy the adhesive while applying a sharp blow to the edge of the plate. This material is supplied in one gallon cans, five gallon pails and fifty-five gallon drums. The minimum order is one gallon #98 and one gallon #99.]]></description>

The adhesive develops rapid bonds of high strength and temperature resistance to almost all materials. Techno adhesive #199 shows excellent adhesion to many types of rubber materials leading to its use in bonding gaskets, auto and weather stripping, molded urethane seating, foot wear, and sporting good items. The adhesive is used to bond, Formica, asbestos board, paper honeycomb, aluminum, stainless steel, wood, plastics, or other construction materials used in partition and panel construction, as well as furniture, cabinets, and counter tops. 					<description><![CDATA[Techno Adhesive #122 is an excellent polyvinyl acetate adhesive that works well in cold presses, glue reels and clamp carrier applications with minimum bleed through. Techno #122 is an excellent wood to wood adhesive performing well in colder temperatures. The #122 is fast drying and is excellent as a gap filler, performing especially well on oak, maple, and many other woods. Although it is a wood glue primarily it works well on MDF, Masonite, and other composition materials to wood. It has excellent application characteristics including quick tack, high coverage and high strength bonds. It produces soft nondimpling bonds which will not harden or darken with age. 					<description><![CDATA[No. 133 L is a water emulsion thermoplastic adhesive specially designed for use in coil lines, of a spray or extrusion nature but has been found to work well in roto bonder applications for bonding insulation materials to sheet metal for the heating and air conditioning industry, when it is necessary to avoid the use of flammable or chlorinated solvents. This adhesive is recognized under UL 465 and UL 727. it has been tested under ASTM E-84, the results are listed below:
